Shipping policy


Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

Orders over $350 can only be processed through Paypal.

PROCESSING TIME

This include Bundles, Closures, Frontals & Lashes.

The Processing time is Same Day for orders before 2pm and Next DAY for orders after 2pm

Processing time for WIGS is 7-10 business days

Processing time for Wholesale is 7-14 business days

 

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

  • This time does not include the processing period

  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

     

REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@alcoholichair.com Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking number.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office  or at USPS.com
